ASN/Maxam Returns Policy
ASN/Maxam Nutraceutics processes credit for returns using a prior authorization, so please ensure that you follow the procedure that is outlined below:
- Your items must reach us within 10 days from the date the return authorization is provided. Items received after 10 days will not be accepted for return.
- When we receive your item(s), we will refund your order amount minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
- To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in the original condition and suitable packaging. We realize that one bottle of each product will be open, but if more than one bottle of the same product is opened, we will not provide a refund on that particular product.
- The purchase invoice (or copy of purchase invoice) must be included with the return. If there are multiple packages, a separate copy of the invoice must be included in all packages being returned.
You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, for your protection, we strongly suggest that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number so that you can provide proof of delivery if necessary. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for your return, you will not receive credit for that return.
The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card or your account with ASN/Maxam for the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. To ensure your return passes inspection, please follow our returns procedure listed above.
Excessive, incompolete or costly return patterns may result in termination of purchasing privileges.
